The form asks for your company name, trade, sales and profit ranges, timing, your name, phone, email and state. Our web host also keeps routine visit logs, such as the page opened and the browser used.

Where It Goes

Your answers go to one brokerage partner so a broker can call you. That partner may pay us a referral fee, as the referral disclosure explains. We do not sell your details to advertisers.

Phone Calls

Our number may run through a call tracking service that records the time of the call and the calling number, so we can see which pages bring calls.

Cookies and Analytics

We use analytics that count visits without building a profile of you. The form sets no advertising cookies.

California Residents

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call (510) 555-0184 on a weekday with the name and phone number you used, and we will also ask our partner to delete it.
